Match
Mindmatch is a matchmaking system aimed at crossing the characteristics of a person and those of an environment. The end result is a match rate between the person and a particular environment.
Thinking in a more generic context, regardless of the company, we created 15 functions with their respective daily activities, in order to add another tool for your personal development. The idea of the match is not to offer a career direction, but to make you reflect on other possibilities. In this section it is possible to establish crossings between some specific positions with your features. The Total Match represents how much you have the attributes required in the position. The maximization level, in turn, allows you to identify whether your greatest attributes are being used in that position.
Having a high or low Match in one of these positions does not imply that you should or should not follow these functions. To exemplify, one of our programmers had a high match with the Marketing Analyst role; however, it does not mean that he will change his objectives for this reason. Moreover, by clicking on the Software Developer function, we are able to guide him on which features he needs to develop the most to get the best result as a programmer.
